the solution is 


to solve add all equations getting u to:
a^2+6a+b^2+2b+c^2+4c= -14
=> (a^2+6a+9)+(b^2+2b+1)+(c^2+4c+4) = 0
=>(a+3)^2+(b+1)^2+(c+2)^2 = 0
=> a=-3 , b=-1 , c=-2
=>a^2+b^2+c^2=14
